THIS IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND All Business Online News Group Ltd.
(d/b/a AllNovaScotia.com and AllNewfoundlandLabrador.com)
These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement and contract between you and All Business Online News Group Ltd. As a condition of your access to this site and to any of its content, you must agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease to use the site or its content in any manner.
AllNovaScotia.com is a service to its authorized users, which service involves providing paying subscribers with access to quality news content (the “Service”). All subscriptions are personal; there are no group or corporate subscriptions. In certain circumstances, a business may pay for one or more personal subscriptions for individuals associated with that business. In such a case, you agree that you will cause that business to agree to these Terms and Conditions. However, no rights to the Service and any of its content are granted to the business.
Those wishing to subscribe to AllNovaScotia.com must agree to comply with these terms and conditions which are in place to support the ongoing of the Service. AllNovaScotia.com is only able to exist and to provide its authorized users with the Service and quality content by strict adherence to this agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and in our absolute discretion. Subscribers will be electronically notified if these Terms and Conditions are changed. Changes may occur at any time and subscribers will be required to agree to the revised Terms and Conditions in order to continue to access the site. If you do not agree to the revised Terms and Conditions, you must cease to use your account or access the site and should contact us at service@allnovascotia.com for a refund of the remaining term of your subscription.
AllNovaScotia.com takes privacy very seriously. Subscriber information is carefully protected at all times and it is never made available to third parties. Select information is used by members of the AllNovaScotia.com subscription team for product delivery and for other business reasons.
Subscribers understand subscription payment credentials will cover a monthly subscription fee until further notice. I understand this information will be securely maintained by the TD Bank and/or All Business Online News Group Ltd.
AllNovaScotia.com collects a fee from all subscribers at the beginning of each month unless otherwise arranged. This fee is subject to change .upon reasonable notice. The payment is for website access for the named subscriber only and they may access the Service using any of their personal electronic devices.
Subscription fees are not refundable. The Service may be cancelled at any time and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

From time to time subscribers may be contacted with offers to resubscribe.

AllNovaScotia.com has invested significantly to develop its own software to protect content behind a strict paywall. Content protection is vital to the future of our business model. Any attempt to circumvent this initiative is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
AllNovaScotia.com reserves the right to refuse access to any individual or corporation. AllNovaScotia.com reserves the right to waive any one or more of these Terms and Conditions, but any waiver must be in writing signed by an officer by All Business Online News Group Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Nova Scotia, without regard to the conflict of laws rules thereof. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Act (Nova Scotia). Any arbitration shall be conducted in the Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia, in the English language. The prevailing party shall be awarded its reasonable costs associated with the arbitration, including legal fees on a full indemnity basis and other expenses. The non-prevailing party shall be liable for all of the costs of the arbitration, including the arbitrator’s fees. Notwithstanding the forgoing, AllNovaScotia.com shall have the right to commence and pursue any claims against you in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You acknowledge and agree that each and every term of these Terms and Conditions is of the essence. If any one or more of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions should be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby so long as the commercial, economic and legal substance of the transaction contemplated in the Terms and Conditions are not affected in any manner materially adverse to any party. Upon such a declaration, the parties shall modify these Terms and Conditions so as to carry out the original intent of parties as closely as possible in an acceptable manner so that the transactions contemplated are consummated as originally contemplated to the fullest extent possible.
